A Brief History
Ginny's Printing began back in 1971, in a small house near the University of Texas. Today, Ginny's is one of the most diverse printing companies in Central Texas.
We're large enough to provide the services and technologies you need, yet small enough to give you the personal attention and responsiveness you deserve.
Environmental Responsibility
Ginny’s is sensitive to the environmental impact of our business, and we are committed to making it as gentle as possible. Where we have a choice, we make it a green one:
* We use vegetable- and soy-based inks.
* 100% of our electricity is purchased through the Austin Energy Green Choice wind power program.
* We are one of the largest paper and cardboard recyclers in Austin Texas.
* We utilize direct-to-plate technology, which eliminates film negatives.
* Our plate making equipment creates less waste,allows for better recovery and is therefore much less hazardous to the environment.
* The chemicals we use are not silver-based.
* We are knowledgeable about recycled papers and can provide information that will help you choose the best paper for your project.
